Today is the start of week 2 and I weighed this morning at 179.6
That's an incredible 8.2 pounds this first week. I wasn't expecting any loss today since my workout was pretty intense yesterday my muscles are sore and I can tell I'm retaining water. It was a pleasant surprise :)

Weight 179.6

Just for purposes of consistency I have only measured the right arm and the right leg.
So overall I lost
2 inches from chest
.25 arms
3 waist
1 hips
1 leg
and I am still 5'4" :) that was just so you could get a height to weight ratio.
I am so excited especially by the inches lost!!! Today I took my regular morning dose but tonight I will add the second dose. Here's to a great start to my journey, thanks for taking it with me.
