Well it's the end of week 2 and I'd like to say that I had as much success this week as I did last week but unfortunately that's not the case. Sorry I didn't post yesterday we had a busy day. My mom is going down to visit my grandma probably for the last time and I wanted to take some recent pictures of my kiddos to send down with her. So the journey to my mom's house produced a lot of really great veggies from her garden but it was a little stressful for my kids. All the excitement of getting to go to grandmas then the crazy run around wild during the visit led to quite the crazy melt down when it was time to leave.
I did get a workout in BodyBeast Build: Back/Bis and p90x ab ripper X. My eating we pretty healthy although I wasn't using my calorie counting app and realized this morning that I had way too many nuts yesterday. :( lots of calories and salt.
This morning the scale said 183 (that's the new ScaleDown scale and it was about 2 pounds heavier than my previous scale) This is a gain either way you look at it even if the new scale weighs heavier :(.
So this morning I recommitted to watching my calories in and making sure to make the most out of my exercises. Tonight is P90X Kenpo and that is my absolute favorite!!
It's not quite lunch time and I've already done 6 flights of stairs and a walk around the hospital.
Tomorrow I start taking 2 pills for my morning dose and 1 in the evening.
Oh speaking of increasing the dose. I have noticed more dizziness lately and at this point I am willing to say it is probably the medication. Not dizzy enough to discontinue it or really to interfere with my day so I don't mind.
