Wow I am slacking on this blog, I'm sorry. Weekends are so busy and then Monday (yesterday) I was sick and took the day off.
This morning I weighed in at 187.0 I've gained weight and I'd like to blame it on bloating from that special time of the month (and part of it could be) but I wasn't good over the weekend. I didn't keep my commitment to exercise and my food was not great.
Weekends are hard I'm sure they are for everybody. So many get togethers and reasons to eat unhealthy choices.
I need to realize that if I am going to make those food choices on the weekend I really need to be on pointe with my exercise. You can't slack on both and expect to get any results. I think a large part of the weight gain is due to not drinking enough water, the difference on the scale the day after a well hydrated day is amazing. My goal for today is to drink a gallon of water, that's 128 ounces and it's 8:45 and I haven't started yet so I'm off to get a glass of water.
